Single-bladed Broadax: Single, smaller crescent blade with a middle length haft.
Single-bladed Greatax: Large, heavy ax with a less curved blade, balanced with a
small knob on the opposite side. Longer haft than the double-bladed broadax.
Taper Ax: Narrow, one-edged, curved blade.
Francisca: A small battle ax used throughout northern Europe. It was named by the
Romans for its common usage by the Franks. It is typically balanced for throwing.
Zaghnal: An ax-like weapon with a broad and heavy knife-like blade.
